How long will my order take?

We are able to send samples of most of our designs. Please email us with the product name(s) of the sample(s) desired and your mailing address. We will inform you if any charges will apply. Please allow 2-3 weeks for samples to be received. Contact Us

If you prefer not to order online, we encourage you to send us an email with the details of your order. We will then call you to answer any questions you may have, fill in any missing information, and obtain your credit card information. Contact Us
I found my invitation/announcement, but I don’t know what to say.

How many extra invitations or announcements should I order?
This is entirely up to you, but it is a common mistake for clients to run short due to an address list that unexpectedly grew! It will be far less expensive to bump up your quantity during your initial order than to place a separate order for the lowest quantity offered.
May I begin my order for birth announcements before my baby is born?
Yes, please do! We’d love to hold onto your order and await the arrival of your baby. If you chose to do so, please submit your order putting “XX” in place of any unknown text. Add any special notes onto the order form. To avoid confusion, do not put any information in the announcement text that is not definite. For instance, please put “XX pounds, XX ounces” rather than guessing “7 pounds, 5 ounces”.
May I receive my birth announcement envelopes early?
Most of the manufacturers we work with offer this service. There is an additional $20 fee, which includes the shipping cost as well. If you are interested, please indicate “Envelopes Ahead” in the special notes section of the online order form. The additional charge will be submitted separately.
I have selected a card that includes printing of my photo. How do I submit it to you?
Photo requirements vary by manufacturer (detailed below). Please send your digital file to email@example.com according to the specifications below. Remember that the quality of the finished product will greatly depend on the quality of your photograph. If necessary, your photo will be cropped for best appearance.

Please submit a high-quality digital file, 300 DPI or higher, in the .jpg format. Dimensions of the photo should be no smaller than 5.25" x 3.5" or 1575 by 1050 pixels. The photo size should be larger than the final printed size. A proof is required on all orders that include photos. Please note that all Lemon Tree Paperie vendors reserve the right to reject a photo for quality or copyright concerns.
Permission Statement: Regardless of manufacturer, your photo submission implies that you either own the image or that you have permission from the copyright holder or owner to reproduce the image, and that reproduction will not violate the rights of any other person. Lemon Tree Paperie nor its manufacturers will be held legally liable for photo-related issues.
Each product page displays the quantity options for that particular product. (From the thumbnail page, be sure to click on “View Details” to see the list of quantity and pricing options.) Unfortunately, lower quantities than listed are not an option. For instance, if the list of quantities and prices starts at 25, then we cannot provide only 20. Also, quantities in between the increments shown are not an option. For instance, if the list displays increments of 25, then 30 is not an option. Please contact us for higher quantities than listed and we will be happy to provide the pricing!
How are errors handled? What is your return policy?
Generally, orders with errors made by the manufacturer will be reprinted at no charge and shipped as soon as possible, second day air. Orders that include an error made by the customer will be reprinted at a discounted rate and processed as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will apply. An error made by the customer includes the following situations:
text originally submitted with an error
an option incorrectly chosen on the online order form
an error overlooked on a proof (regardless of submitted text)
Each manufacturer has a separate policy, so please contact us to discuss your particular situation, should an error occur. Lemon Tree Paperie will do its best to correct the situation!
Why am I invited to create an account upon checking out? What does it entail? What if I forget my password?
Creating an account is a simple process that will benefit you! It will shorten the checkout process and enable Lemon Tree Paperie to keep a record of your purchases for your future reference. One of the greatest benefits is that the items in your shopping cart will not disappear when you leave our online boutique. They will remain there until you purchase them or personally remove them! To access your account, you may sign in at any time during your visit, or upon checkout.
Required registration fields include the basics you would expect with any online order: your name, physical address, phone number, email address, etc. We highly respect your privacy and vow to keep all information confidential.
In the event that you forget your password, simply click “Password Forgotten” on the login page and a new password will be emailed to you immediately!
Yes. It is secured with GeoTrust QuickSSL, a web server certificate which enables up to 256-bit encryption, meaning that confidential information and transactions cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered. This SSL (secure socket layer) protocol is the web standard for encrypting communications between users and web sites, providing both consumers and businesses with the confidence that private data sent to a website is secure.
Do you accept orders that will need to be shipped outside of the continental United States?
We offer shipping within the United States, but we do not handle international shipments. Occasionally, we can make arrangements for an international shipment, however the shipping charges are often excessive and we cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit. This policy is firm, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I submit a stationery or gift line for consideration?
We are always looking to partner with great personalized stationery vendors. If you are interested in submitting a line for consideration, please email us with design and pricing information. Sorry, we cannot return samples.
LemonTreePaperie.com begins incurring fees from our vendors the moment your order is placed. We understand that sometimes, things change, and are happy to cancel your order at any point in the process for a $25 cancellation fee. Please note that all fees incurred up to that point in production cannot be refunded. This often includes, but is not limited to, rush fees, customization fees, and proof fees. We apologize, but if your order has already shipped from the vendor, we cannot request a cancellation.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the dollar amount of your order, the number of vendors ordered from, and the shipping method that you choose. (UPS Ground, Second Day, Overnight). Charges range from a minimum of $8 on up, based on your preferences and order size and cost.
LemonTreePaperie.com only ships via UPS. Please note that UPS is unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please put an actual physical delivery address for your shipping information.
